I understand that my subscription will automatically be renewed at the end of it's duration following the current monthly rate unless my subscription is cancelled before the next rebill date. To allow processing, you must cancel at least 2 days before the rebilling date.

6. I release and discharge the providers, owners and creators of this site from any and all liability which might arise.

7. I understand that members user name and password must not be distributed to others. Doing so will result in immediate suspension of service, without refund.

8. I do not hold Synergy Media Inc. liable in any way for the content of this site.

9. I agree that any and all monies paid to Synergy Media Inc. for membership to the Hentai Source.Com website are non refundable and non returnable.

13. Refunds are ONLY given in the following cases: Accidental duplicate charges, Fraudulent use of card.
